Returns, Replacement & Refunds

Live plants

Live plants are perishable and cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a plant arrives damaged, dead or is not the plant you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Seeds

Germination depends on sowing conditions. If seeds fail to germinate when sown in season as instructed on the packet, contact us and we will help.

Pots, tools and other products

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within the return window shown on the product page. Pots or planters broken in transit are replaced; please share photos when you raise the request.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
